oops , didn't notice it was founded a month ago before mine ;)
anyways , I can tell how to adjust the options ..
First you need to go to Admin Area from the group , then click on Manage Members in which you can control your group options , Joining members and contributing art ;)
Hope that will be useful :) , If you want anything else , I'll gladly help ;)
